What do they mean?

colour顏色noun；給……上色／塗顏色verb

用作名詞時，colour指“紅、綠、藍等顏色”；用作動詞時，它指“給某物上色”。

• The flag has three colours: red, yellow and green.

• Peter used his crayons to colour the picture he had drawn.
